Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the website works at launch and is awaiting the owner’s final review.

Who we are

This website is operated for Leaflink Coorg, a homestay in Chettalli, Kodagu (Coorg), Karnataka, India. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 63664 68117.

Enquiries

The enquiry forms on this website do not send your details to our servers or store them. When you press “Check Availability”, the details you typed (such as dates, number of guests, your name and any special requests) are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. The message is then handled by WhatsApp and received by the host under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and message in the usual way.

What we use your enquiry for

We use what you send us only to reply to your enquiry, check availability and arrange your stay. We do not sell your details.

Analytics

This website may count visits and button taps (for example taps on WhatsApp and Directions) to help us understand which parts of the site are useful. Analytics does not receive your name, dates, phone number or message text.

Third-party services

• Google Maps: pages that show a map load Google’s map, which may set cookies under Google’s own policy.
• WhatsApp: used only when you choose to message us.
• Hosting: the website is hosted on Vercel.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any enquiry details we hold, such as past WhatsApp messages, by contacting us on +91 63664 68117.
